PICK-UP SCHEDULE

UPSTATE TO NEW YORK CITY

* Daily Pick-Ups Begin at 5 AM in Upstate and arrives in New York City at 9:30 AM. * We also travel to all airports via our transfer service, including JFK Airport, LaGuardia Airport, and Newark Airport.

NEW YORK CITY TO UPSTATE

Pickup time start Before 10 AM in the Bronx Area at 11 AM in Manhattan

11:30 AM at 1218 St Nicholas Ave Pablo Express Near mcDonalds * Fort Lee, NJ, Route 4, NJ, and Newburgh, NY pickups vary between 12:10 PM and 1:00 PM. *We also Travel to and from the Following Airports JFK Airport, LaGUardia Airport and Newark Airport

Both Buses include the Following stops Bronx, * Fort Lee, NJ, Route 4, NJ, and Newburg,NY.

Pricing

Adults

  • $55 Plus Tax from Utica, NY (AREA) to Mcdonald's 4040 Broadway (w 170 St & Broadway), Newburgh NY, Paramus NJ, and Fort Lee NJ

  • $65 Plus Tax Door to Door Service in the Bronx or Manhattan. (Locations Restriction Apply) You must be 16 Years or Older to Travel with Bueno Express

    Children

    Children 1 & under pay $40 plus Tax

    Parents or guardian traveling with children are responsible to bring their own car seat / booster seat. Car seats are require by law.

    Bueno Express Transportation staff may deny or remove any passenger who is causing improper conduct and/or reckless endangerment of others in the bus. This includes but not limited to, disrespecting others, cursing, racial slurs, physical assault, sexual assault, appearing inebriated / appearing under the influence, smoking in the bus, and so on.

    Bueno Express Transportation is not responsible for delays caused by mechanical breakdowns, bad weather, road conditions or any other conditions beyond carrier's control. Bueno Express will do everything possible to minimize the delays, and get passengers to their final destinations

    Seating

    Seats are reserve without regard to race, color, national origin or any other characteristic


    Passenger front seat and first Row behind the driver will be reserve and save for tall passengers or any disability conditions due to limited leg space in back rows. Passengers are responsible to let dispatcher know about any conditions so dispatcher can make seat arrangements. Passengers with the above conditions have priority seating in the front passenger seat and first row behind the driver.

    Drivers will try their best to arrange and reserved seats for passengers with two or more adult companions. Adults traveling with children will be seated next to each.

    If reservations are canceled 1 day before

    50% Refund

    If cancel on the same date of the travel date or if Customer does not board the transport.

    Baggage Policy

    1 Personal bag, 25 pounds MAX (14"L x 11W" x 7"H) & 1 luggage per passenger 50 pounds MAX (28"L x 22"W x 14"H)

    any additional baggage there will be a charge of $10-$20 for extra luggage of any size and weight)

    Bueno Express Transportation Corp. is not responsible for any misplaced or damage baggage that customers brings into the bus. You are responsible for informing the driver if there is any fragile items or valuable belongings

    Pets or animals of any species are not allowed in the bus due to vehicle size and to potential animal allergies of surrounding customers.

    Every Envelope & Package MUST REMAIN Open to be Checked when Given to any Bueno Express Employee. Bueno Express DOES NOT Accept any Closed Items and can Deny Items if Found Unacceptable.
